Lola's Coffin

On April 6, 2010 Marcus's Lola (Grandma), Milagros Lumantas, passed away. We miss her SO much! Marcus was able to fly out for the funeral. Unfortunately, Jessica had to work and wasn't able to make it. Marcus enjoyed being with family during this time. It was a great reunion but Lola will be missed until we see her again! We love you Lola!

April Visit With Curtis Family

After I dropped off Marcus at the airport in Salt Lake City, I went and spent some time with Curtis and his girls. I got to see their new house and spend some quality time with the girls just having girly time. We made pie, did make overs, went swimming and all that fun stuff! I loved it!

Easter Weekend With The Lee Family

Marcus and I went to Hyrum, UT to visit Katie and her family for Easter. We had a great time celebrating with the kids too! It's so much more fun with kids! We love getting Ben to laugh cause he has the best smile! We can't get enough and it's always so hard to leave family after having such a good time. We love you Katie, Dennis and Ben!

Christmas 2009

This Christmas was wonderful! I had so much fun with our families. Modesto for a week and then Sacramento for a week. We spent lots of time with family, visited the Oakland temple and even spent a weekend in Tahoe! Marcus and I love the holidays!

Finally Graduated!

Yes, I finally graduated in December! I had a lot of family that came to support me. It was lots of fun having everyone together. The graduation ceremonies were neat. There were just two 1 hour ceremonies. One with just a few colleges all together where I received my diploma cover and they read my name. The other one included all the graduates in the big auditorium and we even had Elder Richard G. Scott come and speak to us. That was pretty special!

Thanksgiving in Rexburg

This November we had a smaller Thanksgiving here in Rexburg. Marcus and I joined Laleinia, some of her roommates, Chris, and Allie our cousin over at Laleinia's apartment. We had so much fun and it was neat to finally cook our first Turkey!

Conference Visit in Logan

Marcus and I went to visit Dennis, Katie, and Ben in October for the Conference weekend. We had a great time with them! We thought Ben was the cutest thing ever and he couldn't get enough of our cameras and laptops. It was hilarious!

Nice Surprise!

It is definitely time to update our blog. I'll start in the middle of September here in Rexburg. Marcus decided to surprise me with some white roses, my favorite. No reason really, he just wanted to get me some. How amazing is that?!
