The Jankowski Family: Easter Festivities!

This year we had fun celebrating Easter with lots of family! We went to Oakdale on March 29th and spent the day playing with cousins from Marcus's side of the family. We saw Jodi Bunney with her three boys, Kyle(6), Carter(4), and Gavin(10 months). We also saw Sabrina Bunney, Jon's wife, and her two girls, Avery(5) and Emmie(9 months). We spent the afternoon with Aunt Cindy and Jaryn as well. We played at Jodi's house for a while, and then we went to the park near their house which was lots of fun! Kaylie is learning to warm up to others faster but she still kinda likes to do her own thing. It was a really warm day, so after the park we headed to Coldstone where Jodi treated us all to some ice cream! Thanks Jodi!

We spent the night in Modesto with Marcus's parents and then on the 30th everyone headed to Gigi's house in San Leandro where we had an easter egg hunt, a carrot pull, and lots of other fun games. We enjoyed a potluck dinner together and had a great time in one another's company. We always have a great time with everyone. We were so glad that Jon & Sabrina could come and visit from Idaho. We finally got to meet Emmie after 9 months, so that was neat! She is a smiley little girl! Kaylie loved helping plant a few vegetables in Gigi's garden and loved the little statue bunnies in the garden as well. It was fun to see her interact with her cousins too.

On the 31st we were back in Citrus Heights for Easter morning. We got an Easter basket for Kaylie which she loved(well the candy inside it). We spent the morning at church and then we spent the afternoon/evening at my Aunt Pam's house with the Hall family. We had Easter dinner there and also took part in another Easter egg hunt! Kaylie was thrilled to look for eggs again! We had a wonderful Easter weekend! Here are some pictures from the weekend.
