On May 4th Kaylie and I went with my Mom and Grandma Hall to visit Great Aunt Donna. We hadn't visited her in a while, so it was nice to see her again. Marcus went shooting that morning with my dad and brothers.
We celebrated Grandma Hall's birthday on May 5th with the family. We didn't get her to wear a sombrero this year but she did allow us to take some pictures! We love Grandma!
We celebrated Mother's Day with a lot of family. Marcus gave a talk and his parents came to Sacramento to be with us for the morning. We had lunch with them after church and then they headed home. We spent the rest of the evening over at my parents home.
Laudanne's baby shower was on the 18th! My mom and I went and enjoyed conversation with old friends. I am so excited that Laudanne and I are having babies within a month of each other. We have been spending a lot of time together going on walks and checking up on each other. It is so nice to have a pregnant friend!
On the 23rd I went to my cousin, Kylie Coulam's, high school graduation. While I was gone that evening, Marcus and Kaylie had a daddy/daughter date! They went to McDonalds and Kaylie got to play at a playplace for the first time. She brought home a helicopter toy and it was fun to hear all about their date the next morning.
On the 26th we went to Modesto to celebrate Gavin's 1st birthday with Jodi, Eric and lots of other friends and family. That weekend Jon also visited so we celebrated his birthday with family on the 27th. We surprised him with a cake when we all got together at Pam's house that evening.
